1. The service

Akendor is a platform that helps you generate, organize, publish and analyze web content with the help of artificial intelligence. Some features may change over time.

2. Account

To use the dashboard you must create an account with truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out with your account.

3. Content and responsibility

The content you enter and the content generated for you remains yours. Before publishing it you are required to check its accuracy, originality and legal compliance: texts generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors or inaccuracies.

You may not use Akendor to create unlawful, misleading or defamatory content or content that infringes the rights of others.

4. Integrations with external systems

When you connect WordPress websites, Firebase projects or other services, you are responsible for the permissions granted and the configuration of those systems. Akendor is not liable for malfunctions or changes to third-party services.

5. SEO results

Akendor provides tools to improve the quality and visibility of content, but cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, which depend on external factors.

6. Plans and payments

The economic terms of the plans are shown on the Pricing page. Any special terms will be communicated to you before activation.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access in case of breach of these terms. On termination your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Akendor is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms: significant changes will be communicated to you in advance. These terms are governed by Italian law.
